iMovie

I dont’ need another hobby. Especially moviemaking. But the HD function on my new camera and iMovie might keep me busy for quite some time. Here’s the first production in low light, just fooling around. Better stuff to come.

iMovie is a wonder. JD made one from footage shot during our Italian sojourn and it still brings a tear to my eye.

Sinbad looks adorable and well-behaved by the way. Such a dog couldn’t possibly be any trouble at all.

I have a feeling this is going to give me a whole new appreciation for making movies. I need to figure out how to keep things in focus while moving which is proving to be a challenge. The really neat thing is that I can use any lens in my collection so I can even do macro insect movies!
He’s very highly food motivated which works to my advantage. That dog would walk over hot coals for a crumb.

Black dog in low light is quite an achievement – almost as much an achievement as being able to be so close to him whilst he’s eating (if my memory serves me correctly?)

    He’s looking good,

He’s come a long way! Although he did take control of the dishwasher and bite one of my Japanese friends last fall. He wouldn’t dare do that to me, but still is dodgy around guests.
